At Places Development, we are creating more than just homes – we're building communities that thrive. Our mission is to design and construct quality homes in sustainable, inclusive environments, equipped with comprehensive social and commercial amenities.

This role offers the opportunity to be a key part of our East Wick and Sweetwater development, two exciting new districts being created in East London. In partnership with Balfour Beatty Investments, we are building over 1,800 new homes alongside new retail, commercial, and community facilities.

We're looking for an experienced New Homes sales professional who can market this unique development effectively. Your commitment to customer experience will secure buyers and tenants, while your passion for marketing will bring our vision to life.

In this role, you'll work closely with our team to develop strategies that showcase the best aspects of our community. You'll also possess excellent administration skills, keeping all paperwork up to date, and have the ability to influence positively.

The ideal candidate will understand what good customer service looks like and have a genuine interest in making a difference to people's lives through their work. We're passionate about creating a place where people can live and grow, so we expect our team members to share our energy and enthusiasm.

Due to the nature of the role, it's essential to understand the importance of data protection and confidentiality.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, with a commission structure, excellent holiday package (35 days annual leave), cashback plan for healthcare costs, training and development opportunities, and extra perks including discounts and offers from various shops, cinemas, and more.
