Sector Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sector Coordinator for Boston Consulting Group's Principal Investors & Private Equity Practice Area, you will provide critical support and handle administrative tasks within the global practice management & operations team. Your key responsibilities will include assisting Sector Senior Managers in Private Equity and Tech Capital with various business development, operations, and marketing activities.
Key Activities:
- Business Development & Reporting: Prepare regular business updates, provide detailed sector analysis, assist with reporting tasks, track Go-to-Market activities, and support business development processes.
- Sector Communications & Marketing: Prepare sector internal communications, identify relevant content, coordinate with PA management & operations team members, and provide support with sector marketing plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4+ years relevant professional experience.
- Ability to handle defined PA processes or smaller projects with minimal guidance.
- Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to make independent decisions within existing guidelines.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Solid analytical skills and a structured way of thinking.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
