Niyaa People Ltd is looking for a diligent and experienced College Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality building maintenance and safety across six college properties in Halesowen, West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a safe and healthy environment for students and staff
- Performing routine cleaning tasks, including replenishing supplies and responding to spillages
- Collaborating with the grounds team to maintain external grounds and ensure they remain clean and tidy
Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience
