Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Capilaux Aero. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding client service, contributing to a collaborative environment, and driving business growth in our residential sector.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding client service by providing exceptional customer care and becoming a trusted partner of choice.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and professional environment, embodying our values and supporting new team members as we grow.
  • Drive business growth by assisting the Group Head in expanding the Project Management and Quantity Surveying team and taking part in client outreach to build new relationships in the residential sector.
  • Manage project fees accurately and ensure financial forecasts are met, supporting responsible business practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
  • Professional Qualifications: MRICS or Associate RICS membership (or equivalent).
  • Strong track record in social housing/residential projects and a solid understanding of Contract Administration.
