As an experienced Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business improvements within our organisation at WCS Group. This role will involve managing our central process document repository and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather feedback on existing processes.


Job Summary:
  • Process Governance
    • Develop and implement effective process governance frameworks.
    • Lead small-scale process improvement projects from initiation to execution.
  • Collaboration and Training
    • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate staff on new processes and improvements.
    • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare regular reports on process performance and improvement initiatives.
    • Analyse data to inform process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Management or a related field. Proficiency in process mapping tools and document management systems is essential. Familiarity with project management or business analyst methodologies is a plus.

We offer a salary up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience, hybrid working, free onsite parking, Royal London Pension, My Marlowe Rewards platform, Mental Health & Well-being Scheme, Employee Recognition Scheme and Paid Recommend a Friend Scheme.
