The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, collecting and delivering post, and performing various general office duties.

Requirements:

  • Relevant secretarial experience gained in a busy legal practice, preferably in family law.
  • CILEX Legal Secretarial Diploma or equivalent (desirable).
  • Proficient in MS Word and Outlook, with experience in a working environment, preferably in the legal industry.
  • Accurate and efficient in producing high-quality correspondence.
  • Proficient audio typist with experience in transcription via digital dictation.
  • Excellent team working skills, with the ability to adapt to the needs of the team.
