About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with a strong passion for climate-related initiatives to join our climate product suite team. Our climate offerings include the flagship ITR score, emissions estimation models, and other related climate analytics solutions. As a key member of our team, you will gain a deep understanding of our current methodologies and models, becoming a model owner and driving innovation in our climate product development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Product Specialist and Product Manager to define product requirements for climate offerings.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and relevance of our existing climate methodologies and models.
  • Developing new methodologies and models for climate-related products.
  • Serving as a climate expert to the sales team and technology teams during product development and launch.
  • Supporting the testing and validation phases of climate products.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Strong background in Data Science and Machine Learning, with a focus on climate analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail, multitask, and work well under pressure.
  • Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative.
