We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Tradesperson to undertake investment projects across our portfolio of care homes in the Rochdale and Oldham areas, with occasional travel further afield in the wider Manchester and northwest area.

Please note to be successful in the position, you must be flexible to provide an on-call emergency support service out of hours when required.

Responsibilities

  1. Carry out day to day refurbishment projects to maintain high standards in our care homes, including full bathroom and kitchen renovations and day to day repairs.
  2. Must be able to install hygienic Sani clad.
  3. Liaison with contractors and suppliers to service the needs of the care home.

Requirements

  1. A multiskilled tradesperson with experience in a wide range of property maintenance, preferably in a care setting.
  2. IT literate with ability to use an online audit system and organise work via our digital maintenance app.
  3. GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) would be desirable.
  4. Driving licence essential.
