Architect Opportunity with Award-Winning Studio

A well-established mid-sized studio with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects in central London is seeking an architect to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented architect to contribute to and lead projects across residential and workplace sectors, with a focus on refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on a range of high-end one-off schemes across residential and commercial sectors, working closely with the associate/director.
  • Manage small teams and liaise directly with clients, authorities, contractors, and consultants.
  • Produce and oversee packages in Revit.
  • Supervise works on site.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Part III with experience on high-quality commercial and/or residential projects in central London.
  • Strong design skills with a passion for beautifully designed and detailed spaces.
  • Client-facing and coordination experience.
  • Excellent technical capabilities with sound knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
  • A confident and ambitious character with excellent communication skills who excels in a team environment.
  • Revit highly advantageous, with training provided for the right candidate.
