We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French-speaking consultant to join our team at Good Business. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our social marketing and behaviour change campaign, SKY Girls, in French-speaking West Africa.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of project management and team management, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. You will be responsible for collaborating with international partner agencies to design campaign implementation plans, thinking strategically to ensure campaign content is aligned with the SKY Girls theory of change, and reviewing timelines and budgets for planned campaign activities.
You will also be responsible for reviewing all expenditures in market and tracking spends according to annual budgets, collaborating and knowledge sharing with other SKY partner agencies as needed, and ensuring compliance with our safeguarding policies for all activities.
The role includes some travel to West Africa for short 3-10 day visits, several times per year, with the possibility of longer extended visits. As a member of our team, you will be part of our relaxed and collaborative office culture, working with a passionate and thoughtful team from a variety of industries.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in verbal and written French and English, has strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task, and has an interest in marketing, advertising, and communications, and international development.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus benefits, depending on experience. To apply, please send your CV and cover letter to.business.
