Job Summary

MFT CAMHS is dedicated to delivering a range of systemic assessments and interventions for children, young people, and their families. We are seeking experienced Senior Family and Systemic Psychotherapists to join our Salford or Trafford CAMHS locations.

Main Duties

As a Family Therapy Specialist, you will manage a clinical caseload, working directly with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental health challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing systemic psychotherapy independently at a specialist level.
  • Conducting comprehensive psychological and systemic assessments of children, young people, and families.
  • Implementing a specific care package of specialized therapeutic interventions.
  • Delivering expert one-on-one clinical consultations to other clinical staff.
  • Assisting in the provision of guidance and consultancy to local teams and services.
