Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to support our Living Space Responsive Team in the Redditch area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking repair and renewal works across various trades, primarily carpentry.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake repair and renewal works across several trades, mainly carpentry
- Identify the need for other trades to undertake works and advise the Supervisor in a timely manner
- Complete daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job
- Work to Wates Health & Safety Professional Standards, including commitment to the company's safeguarding policy
We are looking for a qualified Carpenter with multi-trade experience gained from working in a similar industry and environment. You must be educated to a minimum of NVQ level 2 and have a clean driving license.
To be successful in this role, you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, multitask, and work to tight deadlines.
