About the Role

Cutler and Gross, a renowned luxury eyewear brand, is seeking an exceptional Sales Associate to join its team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing personalized service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience for every customer
  • Deliver reliable information and advice to customers on sales and customer service matters
  • Ensure familiarity with the product range, past and present, to provide customers with detailed information
  • Check lenses on delivery to ensure they meet the required specification
  • Record results of each client, dispense orders electronically to the supplier
  • Arrange client appointments using client management system tools and web booking portal
  • Maintain correct processing of all stock deliveries to store, booking into system and processing store exchanges
  • Pro-actively support the running of the store to operate to its full potential and contribute to reaching monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Deal with and handle cash, credit cards, and international currency
Requirements
  • Experience working in an optician
  • Natural passion for eyewear and selling luxury products
  • Ability to style frames and sunglasses with consideration to fitting the face immaculately
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good IT literacy - knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook and aptitude to learn new software
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
  • Flexible and 'can do' working style with a willingness to learn, improve, and adapt
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a team, and on own initiative
  • Empathy and creativity to build trust with customers
  • Immaculately presented and representing the company ethos
