Job Title: Registered Nurse
About Us: Burnfoot Care Home is a purpose-built care home that provides a supportive and fun environment for our team to work in.
Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to residents with varying needs, including mental health.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £19 per hour
- Contracted Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift Rotation: Dayshift and Nightshift
- Overtime: Paid at time and a third
- Pension: Available
- Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks (based on a full-time contract)
- Uniform and Onsite Parking: Provided
- PVG and Meals: Paid
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Nurse Qualified and Valid PIN
- Experience: Knowledge of care planning and ability to communicate effectively
