Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Grounds Person/Arborist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our tree care crew, you will spend your days outside planting trees, maintaining landscapes, and helping keep our communities green and vibrant.
ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Planting trees and maintaining landscapes
- Providing expert tree care services
- Working in a fast-paced outdoor environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 qualification in Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross Cutting
- A City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 qualification in Woodchipper & Maintenance
- A First Aid qualification (desirable; training provided if needed)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Solid knowledge of trees and shrubs
- A full UK driving licence
You will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
- Access to a stocked van (shared use) and a fuel card
