Job Title: Care Professional
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Helping with mobility and transferring clients
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support
- Preparing and cooking meals
- Running errands and assisting with household tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion and empathy for clients and their families
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
