Neurointerventional Radiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Neuroradiologist to join our team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive interventional and diagnostic neuroradiology services, including neurovascular clinics and multidisciplinary team meetings.

• Support the provision of comprehensive interventional and diagnostic neuroradiology services, including neurovascular clinics and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Contribute to the development of interventional neuroradiology services, including the provision of neurovascular clinics and MDTs.
• Support the Radiology department in the following areas: neurointerventional procedures, mechanical thrombectomy service, weekend MT and coiling service, MDTs, clinics, cross-sectional neuroradiology reporting, and working cross-site at KGH and QH.
• Contribute to the vetting of cross-sectional scans, interventional procedures, and solving queries from clinical and radiology teams.

• FRCR or equivalent qualification.
• CCT or equivalent experience.
• MRCP or MRCS qualification.
• Three years of post-CCT experience.
