Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Rayleigh, working in our well-known Abbotts Estate Agents. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with our estate agency teams, attracting new customers and business, and providing advice on a range of mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
- Attracting new customers and business in a target-driven environment
- Providing advice on mortgage products and services to meet customer needs
- Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships
Requirements
- Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
