About the Pharmacist Position
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Morrisons Devizes store, where they will play a vital role in dispensing medications to the local community.
As a Pharmacist, you will:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on medication usage and safety.
- Maintain a customer-focused environment, ensuring that every interaction is positive and supportive.
- Work collaboratively with other pharmacy colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medication knowledge and guidelines, ensuring that customers receive the best possible care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy services and initiatives that meet the needs of the local community.
- Support the Pharmacy Team and Store Manager in achieving agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the safe and effective running of the pharmacy, including the management of controlled drugs and adherence to pharmacy standard operating procedures.
About You
We are looking for a Pharmacist who:
- Has a Pharmacy degree and is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Has experience working in the community pharmacy sector and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
- Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest medication knowledge and guidelines.
