Vulnerable Adults Support Team Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of support workers to provide outcome-focused support to our customers. This role requires previous experience working with vulnerable adults, particularly those with learning disabilities or mental health illnesses. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement service plans.
- Maintain accurate records of service user progress and communicate effectively with colleagues.
