Cloud Decisions: We are looking for a Cybersecurity Service Delivery Manager to lead our Microsoft Sentinel team. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills in managed XDR, Defender, and Sentinel-based security operations. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams of 6-10 SOC analysts/engineers and a background in Microsoft SOC environments. They should be familiar with Microsoft XDR services and have the ability to remain hands-on as needed.

As a Cybersecurity Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Sentinel team. This includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services to our clients, managing budgets, and making key decisions about resource allocation. You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
