This role is crucial as you will be leading a key division that bridges the organisation's scientific research with its philanthropic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive operational excellence across R&D functional divisions to accelerate scientific breakthroughs
  • Provide strategic support to the Chief Scientific Officer and liaise with the Scientific Advisory Board
  • Spearhead the R&D transformation programme, aligning it with charitable objectives
