Salary: £55,155 per year, 35 hours per week, Permanent contract

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Education Director to join our team at Castlepark Primary School. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the school's education department.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in primary education and excellent leadership and management skills. They will also have experience of working in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and targets.

This role is considered Regulated Work with Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act, 2007. Therefore, it is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with children.

The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check, prior to confirmation of employment being made by North Ayrshire Council.
