  • Web Platform Account Management: Support customers in managing their online accounts.

  • Live Chat Support: Manage customer queries through live chat and maintain a high standard of service.
Key Performance Measures
  • NPS Feedback Score: Maintain and improve Net Promoter Scores.
  • Sales Activity Points: Support the Sales Team by contributing to sales activities.
  • Sales Revenue: Play an integral role in achieving the annual sales and profit objectives.
