About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Blackburn store team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional results through commercial acuity, collaboration, resilience, and a customer-obsessed mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and enhance team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records and reports.
About You
  • Proven experience in store management or deputy management, with a track record of delivering results and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Commercial acumen and a deep understanding of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
