Consultant Rhinologist

About the Role:

The Transformation Unit at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated Consultant Rhinologist. As a key member of the rhinology team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical care to patients with nasal and sinus disorders, as well as contributing to the development of innovative treatments and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality clinical care to patients with nasal and sinus disorders, using evidence-based practice and best available technology.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative treatments and services, aligned with national and local priorities.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines, including otolaryngology, plastic surgery, and rehabilitation medicine, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Mentor and supervise junior medical staff to ensure they receive high-quality training and development opportunities.

Salary: £105,504 - £139,882 Per Annum

Requirements:

• Eligibility for entry onto the General Medical Council (GMC) Specialist Register or equivalent overseas registration.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a consultant or specialist registrar in otolaryngology or a related specialty.
• Proven track record of innovation, leadership, and collaboration in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
