Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, they will respond rapidly to process issues, ensure timely resolutions, and provide technical support to internal and external customers.

Key Accountabilities
  • Process Design and Optimization: Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes that meet product requirements.
  • Process Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production output.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and assistance to internal and external customers on process-related matters, including diagnosis and solution of production/yield problems.
  • Documentation and Training: Ensure accurate documentation of processes and procedures, as well as provide training and mentoring to team members to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a degree-level qualification in Engineering or a related field, with a practical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. You may be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as Self-contained Breathing apparatus or other Face Fitted mask after passing a medical and receiving training.
