Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced International Payroll Assistant to join our UK-based global payroll team. The role will report into our Global Payroll Manager and sit within a core team of four. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for all payrolls and assisting the International Payroll Supervisor as required.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, diligent, pro-active, and have a flexible approach to managing their workload. They will also need to flex their working hours to accommodate different time zones. Key responsibilities include performing overseas payrolls, shadowing and learning each entity's requirements, and collaborating with relevant HR teams and internal teams to process monthly updates and verify source data.
