About the Role

The Paid Media Specialist is a skilled digital marketing professional responsible for the day-to-day planning, delivery, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across various online platforms for LEWIS' digital clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive business growth and achieve client objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing team to understand client goals and target audiences, and develop effective paid media strategies.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign benchmarks to measure success.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and prepare regular performance reports for clients.
  • Coordinate communication with clients and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support relationships with clients and establish LEWIS as a valuable long-term partner for digital marketing services.
  • Work closely with line manager to maximize strengths, improve weaknesses, and support individual and team career development.
  • Support the training of graduates and interns, and attend LEWIS training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Provide reports to the senior management team on request.
  • Support the LEWIS and client servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projects.

About You

  • You will have paid media and digital marketing experience, ideally from an agency background.
  • You will have hands-on experience in running paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Suite, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • You will have a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies and a proactive approach to achieving campaign objectives and maximizing return on investment.
  • You will be proficient in data analysis, using tools like Google Analytics and advertising platforms' analytics dashboards.
  • You will have an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand what is working and what is not, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • You will have strong communication skills to effectively convey campaign performance and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You will be motivated, proactive, and hard-working, and looking to join a close-knit team of like-minded individuals.
  • You will have strong commercial and creative awareness of new products, technologies, and trends in the digital environment.
  • You will be able to work calmly under pressure and achieve tight deadlines.
