Company Overview: Our client, a rapidly expanding firm, is seeking a CORPORATE LAWYER to join their commercial team. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with a wide range of clients nationally, advising on various corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, share and asset based transactions, internal restructuring, investments, and share issues.

Job Description: As a Senior Corporate Solicitor, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents and agreements with clients. You will also help meet fee-earning income targets by working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored legal solutions. Additionally, you will maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. You must be a team player with a hunger to succeed and drive the commercial department forwards via client scale up, networking, and business development.

Required Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for an exceptional individual with 2/3 years PQE, excellent technical knowledge of corporate law, and excellent client management skills.
