This position will oversee a varied portfolio of clients, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships, handling year-end and management accounts, as well as personal and corporate tax submissions.

Beyond client management duties, there is a clear pathway for advancement into a practice management role, where you will collaborate closely with the partner to aid in the development and strategic planning for the firm.


Key Requirements
  • Ideally, candidates will possess relevant qualifications or be qualified through experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a UK accountancy practice is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
  • Experience in preparing year-end and management accounts, VAT, and corporate tax is required.

To be successful in this role, you should be ACA/ACCA qualified or possess equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of practice experience. Previous roles as a Semi-Senior or Senior Accountant within a practice environment are advantageous. Familiarity with accounting software such as Iris, Xero, or QuickBooks would be beneficial.
