Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to lead our regulatory strategy for Skin + Me while providing day-to-day support for the development and launch of compliant products.
As a key member of our NPD Team, you'll be the first point of contact for all regulatory queries within the business, working closely with external parties to gather additional advice as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborating with internal and external cross-functional departments to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Managing regulatory changes and ensuring product compliance
- Developing and maintaining Product Information Files (PIFs) and other regulatory documentation
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of regulatory affairs in the cosmetic or personal care industry.
Key qualifications include:
- 3-5 years of experience in a regulatory role within a cosmetic or personal care brand
- Ability to identify, manage, and present risk to key stakeholders
- Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to represent Regulatory Affairs at management level, succinctly communicating complicated topics
