Learning Support Specialist

**Job Overview**
An excellent, well-resourced primary school in the BS28 area is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate would have previously worked as a support worker or in-class support worker, and may hold a related qualification or be able to demonstrate relevant experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
The successful applicant will be able to provide support to children with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for all students. They will be able to assist with lesson planning, prepare materials, and help to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a strong understanding of child development and learning strategies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be able to work effectively as part of a team and be flexible in their approach to supporting different learners.
**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
