  • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly adhered to.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety briefings to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure works are compliant with client requirements.
  • Address any quality issues that arise.
  • Develop and manage the construction program, ensuring that all activities are scheduled effectively and are in alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and maintain project schedules.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all site activity.
  • Monitor project costs to ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to the site team to enhance performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Appointed Person qualification.
  • Slinger Signaller ticket.
  • CSCS/EUSR Card.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
