Early Years Educator

At N Family Club, we're dedicated to providing exceptional early years education and care. As an Apprentice Educator, you'll play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and helping them grow into curious, creative, and confident individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Curriculum Implementation: Learn and support the delivery of our 'learning through play' educational ethos and the N Curriculum.
- Day Routine: Sensitively learn and support implementing the pattern of the day routine.
- Innovative Learning Experiences: Observe and contribute towards planning innovative learning experiences that constantly challenge children's learning and development.
- Observations and Assessments: Observe and contribute towards high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for the children within your care.
- Transition Periods: Learn and support key transition periods within the room such as sleep times, mealtimes, and outings.
- Mealtime Supervision: Learn and support mealtime supervision and adhering to all of N's mealtime policies to ensure we are keeping our children safe when served and eating food.
- Policies and Procedures: Adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Parent and Team Relationships: Learn to build and maintain excellent relationships with parents and team members.
- Safeguarding: Promote and role-model safeguarding procedures and the importance of child welfare.
- Cleanliness: Ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the day.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that daily H&S-related tasks and checks happen promptly and thoroughly with any concerns followed up.
- Apprenticeship Path: Commit to and follow the apprenticeship path in order to gain your early years qualification.
- Earn between GBP 18,250 - GBP 19,250, rewarding your hard work and dedication.
- Enjoy a performance-related bonus of up to GBP 750 per year.
- Your choice of a 4-day 36 hour week or the classic 5 day 40 hour week.
- Revel in up to 32 days of holiday a year (including 3 days between Christmas/ New Year and a 'Me' day off of your choice).
