Job Title: Algorithms Team Lead - FCAS/Tempest
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Algorithms Team Lead to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our engineering community, you will be responsible for leading a team of algorithm developers to design and develop cutting-edge algorithms for our next-generation weapon systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of algorithm developers to develop and implement algorithms for weapon systems
- Collaborate with systems teams to understand how algorithms will be used and with software teams to appreciate how they will be implemented
- Define the toolchain and process for ensuring integrity through to the final product
Requirements:
- Experience of leading teams of highly qualified and technical individuals
- Commitment to quality and the procedures we follow to ensure it
- Desire to make an impression within the MBDA engineering community
What We Offer:
- Company Bonus: Bonus of up to 21% of base salary
- Pension: maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%
- Enhanced parental leave: offers up to 26 weeks for maternity, adoption and shared parental leave
