Primary School Teaching Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and caring Primary School Teaching Associate to join our team and provide 1:1 support for a child with autism.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and wants to make a real difference in their educational journey.
As a Primary School Teaching Associate, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement and adapt strategies that meet the child's specific needs, promoting a structured, calm, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor progress and contribute to the development of individualized learning and support plans.
- Build a positive and trusting relationship with the child to encourage confidence and independence.
- Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement and adapt strategies that meet the child's specific needs.
Salary: £80-£110 per day (£400-£550 per week)
Location: Primary school in Chelsea
