Rock and Pop Music Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic music teacher to join our team, delivering engaging and fun music lessons in a rock and pop band setting to up to 10 primary schools per week.
Job Summary:
- Foster musical growth and development in children through live performances at termly concerts.
- Provide children with their first opportunity to play an instrument, promoting confidence, resilience, and well-being through performing in a band.
- Build strong relationships with schools, teachers, and parents as the face of Rocksteady Music School.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and fun music lessons in a rock and pop band setting to up to 10 primary schools per week.
- Empower children to deliver live performances at termly concerts, fostering confidence, resilience, and well-being through performing in a band.
- Provide children with their first opportunity to play an instrument, promoting musical growth and development.
Requirements:
- Driving Licence and own transport required for daily school visits.
- Be a multi-instrumentalist competent on at least two instruments: drums, guitar, bass, keyboard, and vocals.
- Passionate about teaching, with training and support provided by Rocksteady Music School.
- Ability to work safely and promote the well-being of children and young people.
- Excellent communication and social skills with both children and adults.

Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 per annum, with potential to progress up to £32,500 per annum. Additionally, a Company Bonus Scheme provides a further £1,500 per annum based on performance.
