Senior Vice President, Client Onboarding Specialist

As a key member of our Middle Office, Account Onboarding team, you will play a critical role in onboarding clients into our system, driving and executing internal testing, and handling conversions to the system. You will serve as an advisor to clients as they onboard, transition, or convert to/from our organization's products and solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Independently onboarding clients into the system, driving and executing internal testing, executing client joint testing, and handling conversions to the system.
  • Responsible for the overall success of large, complex transitions/conversions, ensuring client satisfaction through the monitoring of project quality and efficiency as well as the direct client experience.
  • Providing consultative support of complex situations for internal and external clients.
  • Leading project management activities for the onboarding/transition/conversion, including reporting, planning, issue/risk tracking, scheduling, effort estimation, and day-to-day tracking, and other project documentation preparation.
  • Identifying significant gaps or quality issues in transition processes and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Leading large complex conversion activities related to a mix of complex institutional client relationships requiring in-depth understanding of custody and accounting processing activities.
  • Completing an accurate conversion of data on Middle Office systems in order to provide daily, weekly, or monthly valuation clients.
  • Reviewing control reports to effectively mitigate risks and resolve problems that arise during the conversion process.
  • Possible direct reports; acting as a Team Lead and providing guidance to less experienced colleagues.
  • Allocating work to and monitoring the work quality of others assigned to the client.
  • Leading process improvements based on post-mortem transition analysis.
  • May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
  • Responsible for large complex, mature, and/or global clients or more complex platforms; contributing to the achievement of team and area objectives.

To be successful in this role, we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience in securities, financial services, or client-facing or project management roles preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
