About the JobThis Branch Manager position offers a unique blend of sales, management, and leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will oversee the general management duties across the branch/site, ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and statutory obligations, and participate in training and professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and develop a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Project Management: Develop and implement projects to drive business growth.
- Customer Service: Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Skill Set: Proven experience in buying and selling products, high quality communication skills, verbal and written, managing, developing, and supporting a team, understanding and meeting customer requirements, maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and customers, and proven experience in project management.
- Holidays: 23 Days holiday (plus Bank Holidays).
