Cosmetics Business Development Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a YSL Brand Ambassador. As a representative of the iconic Yves Saint Laurent brand, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and inspire individuals with our luxurious products in Cosmetics, Fragrance, and Skincare.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver exceptional sales performance by coaching and inspiring your teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest cosmetics and skincare trends and applications.
  • Foster strong relationships with retailer teams and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop your Beauty Advisors through regular training and mentoring, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Analyze sales data and optimize inventory management to drive key icon product sales.
  • Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the success of the team.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary: approximately £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
