Cluster Procurement Expert

The Hoxton Hotels in London is seeking a skilled Cluster Procurement Expert to oversee the procurement and stock management of food and beverages across our cluster of hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for procuring and managing food and beverage stock across our hotels
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and costs
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to deliveries and stock quality
• Work closely with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure effective stock management and cost control
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
• Provide regular reports on stock levels and costs to senior management
• Support finance in preparing financial reports and budgets
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a Hotel or leisure-related environment
• Strong understanding of procurement and stock management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
