Senior Fashion Creative Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Fashion Brand Creative Manager to join our team as a maternity cover for 12 months. This is a unique opportunity to lead our graphic design team and oversee asset workflows, delivering fashion-forward creative across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creative management, leadership skills, and a passion for fashion branding. You will work closely with marketing, e-commerce, product, and studio teams to create compelling and consistent assets that reflect the Karen Millen brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a brand strategy that ensures a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Creative Direction: Provide creative direction to the design team, ensuring high-quality design work that aligns with brand standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, product, and studio teams to conceptualise and deliver design solutions, ensuring effective communication of concepts and managing creative briefs.
- Campaign & Content Design: Design creative assets for campaigns, social media, emails, e-commerce, print marketing, and internal/external presentations.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and guide the design team, working closely with the Art Director on project development, inspiring innovation, and fostering a creative environment.
- Asset & File Management: Effectively manage and organise creative files and assets to ensure accessibility and consistency.
- Creative Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and explore innovative design solutions, contributing new ideas to elevate the brand's creative output.
- Asset Review: Contribute to regular asset reviews across various channels, including paid media, website content, email campaigns, social media, and influencer partnerships.
