Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10 is seeking a seasoned Account Management Leader to spearhead our Pan European Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative leader to coordinate our global Account Management team, driving strategy and direction for the 5 European teams (DE, UK, FR, IT, ES) and global teams (CN, IN, US, Rest of World).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the strategy and direction of Pan EU FBA account management
  • Improving SP experience, driving actions to positively impact SP behavior
  • Liaising with Product owners and Tech teams to enhance Pan-EU FBA tools and products
  • Leading go-to-market and expansion planning for new and existing Account Management modules

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree
  • 5 years+ of professional experience in product management, program management, or business consulting
  • Able to influence and align global diverse stakeholders; skilled in communication
  • Adept analytical skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA or MS qualification
  • Experience in E-Commerce, product marketing, or entrepreneurship
  • Proficiency in SQL and other statistical analysis tools
  • Able to think strategically and creatively whilst executing operationally

The Ideal Candidate:

You will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, synthesizing processes and country nuances, and influencing internal/external partners at all levels of the organization.

An estimated salary range for this position is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
