About Us:

We are seeking a SEN School Leader to join our team, responsible for leading on behaviour and supporting an inspiring learning environment for pupils with communication and interaction needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behaviour strategies and initiatives to support pupils with communication and interaction needs.
  • Work with teachers and teaching assistants to develop lesson plans and resources that meet the needs of pupils with SEN.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues to ensure consistent behaviour management.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with pupils with SEN, particularly those with communication and interaction needs.
  • A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies in a SEN setting.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
