About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter to join our team at Bromford. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing high-quality kitchens and bathrooms in domestic properties, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard, using your expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering.
  • Diagnose and solve problems, ensuring that all work is completed to a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, traveling to various locations in the Gloucestershire region and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom fitting, with a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues and customers.
  • A full, clean driving license and willingness to travel to various locations.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet project deadlines.
