We're looking for a highly skilled Nuclear Procurement Manager to lead and support our team in delivering exceptional service solutions to our customers.

This role will be responsible for providing effective, coordinated, and customer-focused service solutions that enhance safety and quality and deliver value for money across our nuclear operations.

We're seeking a Strategic Supplier Performance Lead who can establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood, managed, and delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective, coordinated, and customer-focused service solutions that enhance safety and quality and deliver value for money across our nuclear operations.
  • Establish and deploy service level agreements and a consistent service delivery model across all locations.
  • Act as the operational focal point for both internal and external organizations for safety, quality, environmental, and operational activities.
  • Identify areas of supplier performance weakness and strengths and take any necessary corrective and preventive actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through the development and deployment of improvement plans.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education in a business-related discipline.
  • Professional qualification, e.g., MCIPS.
  • Proven senior management experience in a multi-site environment including people management and IT skills.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of implementing strategic direction including supporting tender processes, contract management, internal & external interaction, and project management.
