About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at The White Company. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Support the management team to maximize profit and maintain the brand image.
- Ensure that the store is presented in a clean and visually appealing manner, reflecting the brand's values.
- Perform administrative tasks, including till transactions, cash handling, and staff discount purchases.
- Drive sales on the shop floor in the absence of senior management.
