Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: £38,500 - £41,500
  • Retention Bonus: 5%
  • Additional Bonus: Up to 10% for quality and retention
  • Estimated Total Earnings (OTE): £45,650

What We Seek:

  • Minimum one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic
  • Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with no restrictions and a valid PIN
  • Strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper
  • Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and generate accurate reports

Working Hours:

  • Full-time role: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)
  • Flexible hours can be arranged with your line manager after initial training, considering both personal preferences and business needs
