About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team at Elgar Ward, a 12-bed service for adult women with acquired or traumatic brain injuries.

As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and deploying staff to meet patient needs, developing and implementing effective care plans, and communicating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will have the opportunity to work with a strong and established clinical team, develop your leadership skills, and contribute to the delivery of specific outcome measures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize staff to meet patient needs
  • Develop and implement effective care plans
  • Communicate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with patients and their families
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records
